My specialty is in representing clients in the purchase and sale of their home and helping investors identify income producing properties. I am an experienced TRUST SALE agent with multiple sellers (2+) that are living in different states and/or countries. The orchestration can be a daunting task during the process. I provide my clients with “FULL” service in every sense of the word.

I've helped FSBO (For Sale by Owner) sellers in the past and stood out amongst dozens of Realtors in getting the sale closed at a record price! As an experienced full time Real Estate Agent since 2009, I have seen many changes over the years, more so in the last 2 years. The ability to pivot on how to continue serving my clients at the highest level is much greater in this most unprecedented times. As a professional, my objective is to continue learning and teaching my clients the intricacies of buying and/or selling before we begin to work together. Since our last Real Estate Depression (2007-2012), much of the process in selling and buying has changed to protect consumers. It’s my job to walk them through the process so they have a full understanding of all the legalities of a transaction, and they know I am there to protect their biggest investment in their lifetime. I have gone through both the good and the bad with my clients and continue to adapt as needed. I truly enjoy working with 1 st time buyers, retirees who are ready to sell and downsize and, possibly relocate to another state or country and sellers who have outgrown their 1st home and ready to find their “forever” home. There’s no greater feeling than the one I always feel when my job is done and know I have created a “forever” friendship with my clients and provided them a positive experience with me that they will trust me with their families and friends. Therefore, my business is 90% referral based.

We recently sold our condo in Ardenwood area and had reached out to Lee for helping us sell and upgrade to a bigger house in the same neighborhood. Lee along with her partner Raman helped us understand the process thoroughly. They staged our condo for showing and held open houses every weekend. When we got an offer from a buyer for our condo Lee sat down with us, listened to all our concerns and counter offered the buyer on our behalf keeping our interest in mind. We got a really good price for our condo even though the market had slowed down. She patiently answered all our questions, was prompt and kept us involved in every step of the process. We never felt pressured to make any decision on the offers we received for our condo.

She co-ordinated with the buyers agent and our contractor for all the repairs needed to be done on the condo before close of escrow.
